Partner
Alessandro is an Engineer and Senior expert in Operations management and performance improvement.
He has contributed to the success of major consumer companies by improving margin and cash flow, optimizing assets and stocks, playing a fundamental role in the Omi-channel transformation.
Alessandro has over 20 years of experience in consulting (Andersen Consulting/Accenture) and in luxury consumer goods companies (Richemont, Kering) as COO and MD.
Over the years, he has managed projects or functions in medium-sized companies (60-300 million) and large companies (800 million – 1 B),
successfully supporting rapid growth, turnaround, M&A, transformation, and digitalisation.
He is passionate about outdoor activities and sports, physics, family and friends.
DUCCIO MINOIA
Partner
Duccio is an Engineer and Transformation expert with a successful track record in delivering profitability increase across several industries including Tech, Aerospace and Consumer Products.
He is experienced in both the diagnostic and execution phase, leading multi-functional teams and reporting to C-level and financial sponsors.
Before Resonance+, Duccio spent 8 years a a management consultant with AlixPartners and Bain&Co. Prior to that, he worked in reinsurance
brokerage at Lloyd’s of London and as an engineer.
He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
In his spare time, Duccio enjoys sailing, photography, reading sci-fi and spending time with his twin boys.
ALWYN MARTINESZ

Alwyn, a seasoned Finance and Operations Leader with over 18 years of experience, drives financial strategy, tax optimization, and operational excellence across the UK and Europe. He specializes in scaling Finance and Operations for direct-to-consumer platforms and retail networks, implementing robust financial systems, and collaborating with stakeholders and private equity investors. At Supreme New York, as the first finance hire in Europe, he advanced to Finance Director and joined the C-suite, significantly contributing to revenue growth, EBITDA margin improvements, and team development for D2C and retail channels. Alwyn excels in supply chain optimization, cost management, and ERP system implementation. He fosters high-performing teams focused on collaboration and results, and has worked with private equity firms like The Carlyle Group, supporting due diligence and value creation. Alwyn has collaborated with brands like VF Corporation and American Apparel, and continues to support VC and founder-driven startups in the UK.
